I first used Building Intelligent Construction for a major renovation project in 2013 which included converting three small rooms into one large room, designing and building a utilities area and refitting a bathroom and powder room. Since then I have used them for several medium sized jobs and I now contact them for any work I need doing including electrical, heating and plumbing jobs.
I have always found their work to be of a very high quality and their pricing fair and transparent. If there are any problems, they discuss them promptly and openly.

I have known Spas and the BIC team for a number of years now and recommend them highly for any construction or home improvement projects. I bought a property in the heart of Ealing, which was dilapidated and in need of a complete overhaul to bring it up to the modern look and functional standards I wanted. The work included the installation of a gas central heating system, rewiring, reflooring, and the installation of a new kitchen and bathroom.

I used Spas and his team at BIC for a large flat refurb in SW18, done in phases, and he has been brilliant at every step of the way. Did a ceiling removal / add insulation / re-plaster and paint job - made more complicated by us, because we wanted to keep the original cornices - and it worked out impeccably. Also did a wet room / bathroom - involving everything from floor joists and plumbing to tiling and hand made cabinets. Also did a kitchen, storage units, and various other bits of work.
They are not the cheapest option, but they are very good, reliable, hard working, and very amenable to changes in circumstances, or making sure you are happy with the end result. I have used his team in isolation on some things, and in parallel with other contractors on others, and it has always worked out - mainly because Spas is a perfectionist.
He won’t be happy with the work until you are happy.

We found Spas and team to be excellent on taking time assisting planning of the work, being available for discussions, planning and day to day issues. The work was neat and structurally well thought out. Timing was excellent given the tight schedule required for this job. We were kept up to date and aware of all aspects of costing and the work itself.
There were no hidden snags to the work and contract.
We will give BI Construction next approval on further work.
